LumieGlow began with Dr. Jenny Ng’s own skin.

For years, she searched for skincare that could deliver visible results without discomfort. With sensitive, reactive and acne-prone skin, she wanted what many seek: hydration, radiance, smoother texture, age-defying care and daily protection. Yet formulas that promised performance often felt too harsh, while those that felt gentle did not always deliver the visible results she was looking for.

As a biologist, Dr. Ng saw the possibility of creating skincare differently. She believed high-performance formulas could be guided by science while still being refined for sensitive skin comfort and elevated through ritual. Her research also drew her to one of the most important environmental influences on skin over time: light. From sunlight to visible light exposure, including the light encountered throughout modern daily life, light can influence how skin looks and ages, contributing over time to uneven tone, diminished radiance and visible signs of aging.

From this belief, LumieGlow was born as the skincare expression of Jelumiere Biotech. It was built around a dual philosophy: to help protect the skin’s natural radiance from light and environmental exposures that contribute to visible aging, while refining the glow that makes skin appear renewed, healthy and luminous.
